Glimpse of Meetings with Self Help group members and BMC members regarding : –
1. Revolving fund and capital cost utilization information to Self help Groups
2. Community development and other activities to be carried out by BMCs in PFM mode.
Training Workshop conducted at Division Level in which DCF-cum-DMU Officer Spiti Wildlife Division provided information regarding maintaining record of works like cashbook, works register, bills, complaint register etc. for the works to be carried out by the Committee members in PFM mode.
Meeting conducted by Dr. Sushil Kapta with BMC and SHG members of Demul, whereby following things were discussed: –
1. New and innovative agriculture techniques, ways to prevent livestock from attack of Wild animals, reducing the interaction of Donkeys with the endangered wildlife species like Ibex, and Blue Sheep due to common grazing area conflict.
2. Promoting the production of Self Help groups products and their marketing strategies.
A general Meeting/workshop with the departmental staff and SHG & Committee members of Tabo range, organized at Division level, Chaired by hon’ble CPD JICA, where the interaction was done with departmental staff working under the JICA project and discussion regarding the ongoing works, SHGs production and status, PFM mode works was being done.

General meetings conducted regarding the issues faced by the Committee & SHG members regarding the record keeping, fund flow, production and marketing etc.
On dated 25/09/2023, Meeting with Villagers of Demul Village chaired by Dr. Sushil Kapta. The villagers discussed their issues regarding threshing, grazing and interaction was done with SHGs of Demul Village.
Hon’ble PrCCF and CPD JICA interacted with the BMC Committee members and Self Hep Group members of Dankhar Village, discussed the issues, took a track of progress made by the SHGs and BMC with the help of assistance provided by DMU Spiti under JICA Project.
Meeting done with the Committee members and SHG members of Demul BMC , chaired by hon’ble PrCCF and CPD JICA. In this meeting issues of the villagers and Self help group members were discussed and the financial assistance and support provided by DMU Spiti was being monitored.
